VISITS TO THE PAINTERS OF THE MONTH PAGES OF OUR WEBSITE

During the first year of our project we wanted to know if our dissemination was well done or not, so, we added a counter of people visiting the pages of paintings of every month and we took registered the number of visitors  3 times during the 1st year.  

The pages were it was supposed to start working on them in May, for example, also was created in September 2019, and just added there the 2 paintings proposals. With it, we realized there were people visiting these pages with not much content inside, so, in December we decided to add some content to each page, as tutorials, games, etc.

In December 2019, with our first register of visitors, there were around 15-20 visitors to each page. Incredibly, there were in February, March and April “painters of the month” pages around 150 visits to each page, with not content inside.

In a meeting with the 5 coordinators we decided to follow as we were doing till now, as numbers were not that bad.

In February 2020, the increasement of visits to our “painters of the month” pages had an increasement of around 50 more visits to each page.

Around 75 visits to every month page had the meaning that not all families from our schools are visiting it regularly, so, we decided to do some more dissemination through instagram, so to improve number of visits and be sure all families from the 5 schools were able to visit the website and see their children works there.

At the end of April, due to confinement, we decided to do something special, and we prepared a escape classroom to be played in the 5 countries. Our pupils are not that big enough, so, families, surely, would be helping children, and with it, we ensured all families were finally very familiar with the GIANTS Erasmus website and painters pages. Visits number were very increased with more than 300 visits to every one of our “painters of the month” pages. For us it was a great result. Now we can say all families and schools communities know our website, our pupils works  and our project in general.

Next school year we will continue with dissemination of the project, inside and outside our school communities.
